REATORG TOOK PART IN THE IX ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL PARTNERING FORUM “LIFE SCIENCES INVEST. PARTNERING RUSSIA”

On November 7-8, 2019, the 9th annual international partnering forum “Life Sciences Invest. Partnering Russia”

This year the event brought together more than 700 participants. The sessions were attended by over 200 speakers.

The ninth forum was a record for the number of topics announced. The range of traditionally discussed issues in the field of life sciences this year was first continued by pressing issues of the food industry. Representatives of federal and city authorities, heads of companies and educational institutions, leading experts discussed the development of the healthcare system, pharmaceutical, perfumery, cosmetics, food and related industries, including the development of a personnel policy concept for the Cluster of Medical, Pharmaceutical and Radiation Technologies of St. Petersburg. The speakers of the event presented market analytics, summarized the preliminary results of 2019 and spoke about the prospects for the development of industries.
Representatives of REATORG attended the plenary session and took part in thematic sessions on the development of the production of pharmaceutical substances.

At the thematic session “Production of pharmaceutical substances. The main driver in the development of industry competencies” relevant issues were raised:
• prospects of competition with the main markets for the production of pharmaceutical substances and chemical raw materials in China and India;
• local full-cycle production and production of pharmaceutical substances;
• investment prospects for the development of the market for the circulation of substances;
• prospects for the export of pharmaceutical products based on technological competencies;
• regulation of production and circulation of raw materials and substances;
• measures of state support for manufacturers of "full cycle" and pharmaceutical substances.

Within the framework of the session, the CEO of REATORG LLC, Georgy Khachiyan, made a report “Choosing an AFI portfolio for production in Russia”, which was devoted to a review of the economic efficiency of production, the possibility of attracting Russian intermediate manufacturers and the use of engineering centers to develop technological regulations for high-margin substances.
