REATORG НА ВЫСТАВКЕ «PHARMTECH & INGREDIENTS 2019»!
On November 22, 2019, the 21st International Exhibition of Equipment, Raw Materials and Technologies for Pharmaceutical Production “Pharmtech & Ingredients” completed its work.
Pharmtech & Ingredients is a leading international event in the pharmaceutical industry in Russia and the EAEU countries. The exposition of the exhibition was made up of stands of more than 470 Russian and foreign companies, 130 of which took part for the first time. Germany, Switzerland, India and China presented their national pavilions. In just four days, the exhibition was visited by 8,230 specialists in the pharmaceutical industry.
At its exposition, REATORG presented a universal synthesis plant REATORG TECHNOLOGIESтм based on a 50-liter glass reactor with a jacket and a solvent stripping system; REATORG TECHNOLOGIESтм reactor plant based on a 30-liter jacketed glass reactor in the standard version; 200-liter stainless steel tank REATORG TECHNOLOGIESтм for the preparation of solutions; aseptic filter dryer AGT for filtering and drying intermediate products and APIs; non-separable insulator with a laminar air flow and a robotic (independently moving along a given route) hydrogen peroxide vapor generator (VHP generator) form Tailin; valves for the safe transfer of highly active substances from ChargePoint; technological pipelines for various media; as well as laboratory equipment (Tailin sterility testing systems and Steritailin sterile filter cans, POL-EKO drying oven, ViBRA laboratory balance and moisture analyzer), Agilent and Merck Millopore supplies, Duran laboratory glassware, Merck, Sigma-Aldrich, PanReac AppliChem and ABCR reagents, laboratory furniture.
One of the key events of the business program of the “Pharmtech & Ingredients” exhibition was the round table “Production of APIs. The economic aspect ”, at which the heads of domestic companies discussed the issues of providing the Russian pharmaceutical industry with raw materials and materials of their own production, preferences for local companies during public procurements and the economic effect of such preferences, as well as various external and internal factors affecting the profitability of production and the general state of the market.
The CEO of REATORG LLC, Georgy Khachiyan, made a presentation entitled “Selecting an APIs Portfolio for Production in Russia”, which was devoted to a review of the economic efficiency of the production of APIs, the possibility of attracting Russian intermediate manufacturers and the use of engineering centers to develop technological regulations for high-margin substances.
