EQUIPMENT OF THE ENGINEERING CENTER

Customer: Mendeleev Engineering Center based on the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia
Objective: selection and equipping the center with laboratory furniture; design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and start-up of a jacketed glass reactor.

To solve these tasks, the specialists of REATORG Company carried out the selection, delivery and installation of laboratory furniture: fume hoods, built-in cabinets, laboratory tables, sink tables, wardrobe cabinets.

And a reactor plant REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™ with a volume of 30 liters with a "jacket" based on a welded frame made of a 50x50 mm profile, with the combination of adjustable stainless steel tubes supports for installation of glass upper section (condenser, feed vessel and receive vessel) was manufactured.

This design is the most stable when moving the unit assembly, and also reduces the washing time due to the absence of dead zones, and installation, due to the lack of connecting of the frame components.

• visualization of the product temperature, rotation of the agitator and adjusting speed control on a remote panel in non-Ex-proof execution;
