REACTOR SYSTEM REATORG TECHNOLOGIES FOR BIOTECHNOLOGY COMPANY BIOCAD
REATORG designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned 2 REATORG TECHNOLOGIESTM synthesis units based on glass reactors for the Biotechnological company BIOCAD.
To solve the task set by the customer the REATORG company was developed two synthesis unit REATORG TECHNOLOGIESTM based on glass reactors 30, 50 and 100 l each for work with highly active substances (OEB4) in an explosion-proof design.
Each unit consists of 3 glass jacketed reactors mounted on a single stainless steel assembly frame. Each reactor is equipped with a reflux condenser, a stirrer, a pressure gauge, a PT100 sensor, a CIP bar with a washing head, a height-adjustable supernatant collection tube and a pH sensor in a fluoroplastic housing. The 100 liter reactor is equipped with an adapter and a ChargePoint® split valve for safe loading of bulk products.
The share of components produced in Russia was 45%.
The glass elements of the reactor system were manufactured by Simax (Czech Republic) specifically for REATORG TECHNOLOGIESTM.
