SCRUBBER REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™

REATORG completed the design and supplying of a scrubber for purification of exhaust gases from nitrogen mono- and dioxide in the mixture with carbon dioxide.

To solve this task Reatorg’s engineers made a technological calculation: determined the height of a packing, flow and composition of absorber solution, pressure difference between the bottom and top of a column to avoid column flooding.

Based on technological calculation there were developed a P&ID diagram and 3D-model of the equipment. After manufacturing was finished, FAT with the customer was conducted. After successful FAT, the scrubber was delivered and installed by Reatorg’s erection crew. All needed utilities were brought up to the installation site also by Reatorg's specialists.

The scrubber can operate in manual or automatic mode. The supply of absorber solution is carried out by a chemical pump with control through VFC. A glass cooler was installed to cool down the absorber solution. Installed pneumatic valves allow to shut down the second column in a case of small gas flow.
