REACTOR SYSTEMS REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™ BASED ON A GLASS JACKETED REACTOR 100L

Objective: development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of 2 glass reactors REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™ with a volume of 100 liters.

REATORG has completed a project for the manufacture, installation and commissioning of REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™ reactor systems based on glass jacketed reactors with a volume of 100 liters.

Reactor system REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™ with a volume of 100 L is a glass reactor with a single jacket, bottom drain, made of borosilicate glass of grade 3.3 and mounted on a single prefabricated frame. High-quality glass is manufactured by the world-famous Kavalierglass company under the SIMAX brand (Czech Republic) especially for REATORG TECHNOLOGIES™. The frame is made of stainless steel AISI 304 and is mounted on wheels, which allows, if necessary, to move the system and / or replace it with other equipment in the technological chain.

The system has certificates for materials in contact with the product, which allows it to qualify and validate the process.

Each unit is equipped with an anchor-type stirring device, CIP-head, PT100 sensor, pressure gauge, post and control cabinet, pH measurement sensor with a unique holder developed by REATORG employees, which allows measurements in different fractions, as it is adjustable in height.

To maintain the exact temperature in the jacket of the reactor system, a Huber Unichiller 045T-H thermostat with a temperature range from -20 to 40 C and cooling power of 4 kW was selected for the customer's tasks.
