DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT OF A SITE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF API

Customer: OncoTarget LLC
Objective: design, manufacture and supply of process equipment, installation and commissioning.

REATORG has designed a site for the production of API.

For this production line, 2 glass reactor units REATORG TECHNOLOGIESTM with a volume of 50 L were manufactured and installed, connected through a heated cartridge filter for synthesis and subsequent purification of API by hot filtration. Both reactors are equipped with a single jacket, a two-stage PTFE coated steel stirrer, a 0.75 m2 reflux condenser, pt100 sensors and CIP heads. The first reactor additionally has an Ezi-Dock™ loading system, and the second - 2 measuring tanks and a pH sensor.

Reactor plants are connected to temperature control lines (temperature indication is made on control panels for reactors and thermostats).

Bursting discs are installed to protect the glass components from overpressure. Reactor control cabinets are located in the technical area, and control panels in an explosion-proof housing are installed locally.

After crystallization, the suspension is transferred to a halar-coated filter centrifuge.

When working on the project, REATORG employees paid special attention to personnel protection and product protection systems. Therefore, all equipment is made of anti-corrosion materials such as borosilicate glass, PFA, PTFE, halar. All materials in contact with the product are certified. At all stages, contact of the product with personnel is excluded, the centrifuge is built into an insulator, which ensures the protection of the operator. Product unloading and transfer is via the Ezi-Dock™ system, designed to protect personnel and handle dry powders with OEB4.

The installation team of REATORG Company laid technological pipelines made of stainless steel - lines for temperature control, refrigerant, vacuum, nitrogen, compressed air, purified water, communication with the atmosphere.
