THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM “BIOPROM: INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR HUMANS” WILL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 7-8 IN GELENDZHIK

On October 7-8, 2024, the first BIOPROM: Industry and Technology for Humanity forum will be held, which is an international platform that will bring together developers of innovative products and technologies, representatives of development institutions and specialized authorities. Experts and participants of BIOPROM will discuss the role of biotechnology as the main driver of improving the quality of human life.
The premier BIOPROM is an international event of a new format, which unites four professional events presented in the form of thematic tracks: BIOTECHMED, INNOFOOD, COSMETIC COMPONENT, ECOBIO.
“The topic of human-centeredness occupies one of the leading places in the business and social agenda in Russia and in the world. The purpose of uniting the four areas is in the obvious synergy of technologies aimed at improving the quality of life of all people on Earth. Biotech is becoming a cross-cutting technology for the food industry, pharmaceuticals and medicine,” said Anton Atrashkin, BIOPROM Program Director.
In 2024, the BIOPROM business program will include more than 30 sessions on various industry topics. The program will be opened by the main forecast session with the participation of Russian government leaders, heads of major international companies and scientific centers.

These topics will be reflected in the BIOPROM exhibition and business program. Master classes, lectures, meetings with opinion leaders, tastings, sports activities and other events are planned. For example, in 2023 one could see breakthrough FoodTech and AgriTech technologies and try food printed on a 3D printer, natural lemonades made from whey, sugar-free chocolate, plant-based meat and much more.
The startup support project within the BIOPROM forum is a chance for young innovative companies working in the field of biotech, digital and medical technologies to make themselves known and present their development or business concept to international and Russian investors, venture funds and gas pedals.
The Forum is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Intellectual partners are Biotech2030 technology platform and S-Group Corporate Communications Center. The event is organized by the international exhibition operator Business Event.
Last year's headliners included Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Murashko, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, heads of the largest companies PSK Pharma, Rostec, Rusatom Healthcare, GEROPHARM, Natsimbio, Pharmasintez, R-Pharm, Roskhim, Magnit, EFCO, Uralchem and others.
