FOURTH MEETING OF THE BUSINESS DISCUSSION CLUB "KOSTANDOV"

On December 9, 2021, the fourth meeting of the Business Discussion Club “KOSTANDOV” was held in Moscow.

The event was organized by the information and analytical magazine "CHEMICAL EXPERT", the REATORG company became a partner.

The main topics of the discussion part of the meeting were the "Pharma 2030 Program". Discussion and suggestions" and "Vertically integrated structures in the production of full-cycle products".

The meeting was attended by Valentin Ananikov (Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Irina Vendilo (General Director of the “ROSKHIMREAKTIV” Association), Victoria Volkova (Head of the Industrial Policy Department of the Industrial Development Fund), Zakhar Golant (Head of the Department of Regulatory Relations and Good Practices of the Saint Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical University), Viktor Dmitriev (General Director of the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers), Alexander Kuchin (Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, FGBUN FITS Komi Scientific Center of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Igor Lyashkov (Deputy Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Scientific and Technological Center “Himvest” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia), Alexander Malin (General Director of Ingal LLC ), Valery Petrosyan (Academician, Professor Emeritus of Moscow State University), Vasily Semyonov (Vice President of the Russian Union of Chemists), Alexander Khromov (General Director of JSC MBSPC Cytomed), Vladislav Shestakov (Director of FSI «State Institute of Drugs and Good Practices») and others.

The event was moderated by Georgy Khachiyan, CEO of the REATORG company.

As part of the discussion part, the Club members discussed the issues of restoring the production of small-scale and fine chemicals for the implementation of the Pharma 2030 program: the formation of a single state regulator to determine priorities in the development of the pharmaceutical industry, the role of the state in achieving the set goals, the feasibility and sufficiency of the planned measures of state regulation and support for ensuring the proper quality of domestic medicines, the readiness of the country's chemical complex for a greater focus on the pharmaceutical industry.

The event ended with a traditional gala dinner and a classical music concert.

Business Discussion Club "KOSTANDOV" is a new format of business events in the chemical and related industries, designed to provide the most comfortable and relaxed environment for the effective and unbiased discussion of the most pressing and important issues of the industry.

The club is named in honor of the outstanding Soviet political and statesman Leonid Arkadyevich Kostandov, the Minister of the Chemical Industry of the USSR, the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR - the person with whom the creation of the chemical industry in the country and the making of the USSR a world leader in this field is associated. The Club's mission is to revive traditions and promote the development of the chemical industry for the benefit of the prosperity of Russia and our people!
