Reatorg carries out the development, manufacture, installation, commissioning, maintenance of industrial, medical and other toxic waste thermal treatment units.

Scope of plants:

Plants are used both at waste disposal sites (industrial and SHW landfills) and for the assembly of certain production facilities for processing (neutralization) of solid, liquid (gaseous) toxic waste (industrial, medical, etc.) containing in their composition such chemical elements as halogens, phosphorus, sulfur, nitrogen.

Range of plants.

The Company supplies hearth, cyclone, drum, chamber units for thermal (plasma) treatment of industrial, medical and toxic wastes with capacity from 50 to 2,000 kg/h for solid (liquid) waste and up to 2,000 m3/h for gases.


                    Hearth furnaces

The capacity for solid waste is 50-200 kg/h.

Heating energy source: natural gas; diesel fuel; plasma.

Waste to be treated: industrial waste (liquid, solid, gaseous); biomedical waste;

oil sludge; other toxic waste;

Thermal treatment parameters:

  • in the thermal treatment furnace – 800-900°С;

  • in the afterburner – 1,100-1,200°С;

  • holding time in the afterburner – 2 s.


            Cyclone furnaces


for solid and liquid waste – 50-200 kg/h; for gaseous waste – 500-2,000 m3/h;

Heating energy source: natural gas; diesel fuel; plasma.

Waste to be treated: contaminated run-offs; gas emissions; processed oil products; other organic wastes.

Temperature parameters of waste processing:

  • in the thermal treatment furnace – 800-900°С;

  • in the afterburner – 1,100-1,200°С;

  • holding time in the afterburner – 2 s.


                                                                                           Drum furnaces


Capacity: for hard and paste waste – 250-2,000 kg/h

Heating energy source: natural gas; diesel fuel; plasma

Waste to be treated: waste of industrial production (solid, paste, oil sludge); solid municipal waste; biomedical wastes; wastes of waste treatment plants (activated sludges).

Temperature parameters of waste processing: in the thermal treatment furnace – 750-900°С; in the afterburner – 1,100-1,200°С.
