Features of the proposed automated systems
Reatorg has experience in the establishment of AISPEM (for industrial enterprises of different industries). AISPEM enables the monitoring of the level of radiation, hazardous chemicals, toxic and explosive concentrations of gas-air mixtures in an automatic mode, transfer measurement results to the information management system for their processing, storage and visualization.
RAISPEM system (city, district, region)
Reatorg has experience in the establishment of automated systems for territorial environmental monitoring (RAISPEM). The RAISPEM system continuously monitors the concentrations of harmful chemical substances in the automatic mode in real time with the alarm of MPC excess in the ambient air, parameters of the radiation situation (MED), meteorological parameters and water level in water bodies. Prompt receipt of reliable information allows for fast and timely response and taking measures to reduce the harmful impact on the environment and population.

Calculation and display of the results:
current pollutant concentration values, mg/sm3;
averaged for 20 min of pollutant concentration, mg/sm3;

waste gas flow rate, m3/s;
temperature of waste gases, 0С;
current time value (hours, minutes, seconds).
Measurement results archiving (fixation):
averaged for 20 min pollutant concentration values, mg/sm3 or in volume percent;
averaged for 20 min of emission values, g/s;
emission values per day, month, year.
Calculations and comparisons
automatic comparison: averaged for 20 min emissions from controlled source (g/s), with allowable emission value (g/s); measured concentrations of pollutants averaged for 20 minutes, with allowable value according to the standard (mg/sm3).
Presentation of continuous measurement:
in tables showing the values of current and accumulated emissions, as well as in graphs.
on the volume or mass of pollutant emissions (according to the customer forms)
AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF DISCHARGES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES (AIS MS)
The automated discharge monitoring system (station) is designed for rapid monitoring of the water-chemistry conditions of the enterprise in order to ensure reliable equipment operation, prevention of possible emergency situations. It ensures the economical operation of equipment and reduces labor costs. The systems allow not only for constant control over the composition of waste water at their discharge into water bodies, but also for automatic regulation of wastewater treatment processes. Automatic stations are currently installed, equipped with integrated water quality control devices.
