CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF THE DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SOLID DOSAGE FORMS

REATORG carried out pre-project preparation and development of a conceptual design for the construction of a solid dosage form production workshop in the existing production building for the pharmaceutical company GEROPHARM.

A conceptual design is one of the important stages in development of design documentation, which is aimed at assessing the design feasibility, allows to calculate investor's funds, as well as to determine the requirements to facility functional solutions.

In accordance with the task set, REATORG specialists prepared design and planning solutions, selected process equipment, engineering systems and finishing materials that provide:

•  application of a wide range of technological capabilities to fulfill the customer's production tasks;

•  compliance with GMP requirements, including compliance with the logical sequence of production operations, prevention of cross-contamination and minimization of the risk of microbial and other contamination at all stages of production;

•  compliance with the requirements and standards of safety and fire safety standards, current sanitary regulations, and other regulatory documents.
