Construction

General construction work includes, in particular, the following:

• development of land plots, preparation and planning of construction areas, including, as required, demolition of buildings, forest clearing, stumping, territory reclamation or dewatering, grading, etc.;
• earthworks, including topsoil stripping and storage, excavation of pits and trenches, backfilling of foundation hollows and trenches, as well as construction of bunds and embankments;
• erection, expansion and reconstruction of permanent and temporary buildings and constructions and related masonry and concrete work, as well as installation of reinforced concrete, metal, wooden and other types of building structures;

• finishing work, both exterior (facade) and interior, including filling of window and door openings and installation of floors;
• construction of bases, foundations and bearing structures for buildings and constructions engineering equipment, process equipment, as well as installation of brickwork envelope and lining of boilers, furnaces and other installations;
• insulation work and application of structures corrosion protection;
• planting of greenery, improvement of development areas, as well as settlements and towns, landscaping work;
• road construction work and provision of sites, parking lots, utility and process water reservoirs, as well as fencing of territories and waste disposal.

Specialty works mainly include:

• laying of exterior and interior water supply networks, sewage, district heat supply, gas supply, electric power supply, as well as construction of treatment plants and installations that prevent pollution of the environment;
• laying of oil pipelines, product pipelines, gas pipelines, overhead and cable power transmission lines and all kinds of communication lines;
• installation of vertical and horizontal transportation systems in buildings and constructions;
• installation of interior household and process water supply and sewage networks, as well as installation of sanitary and engineering equipment, including fire water pumping stations, networks and units;
• installation of interior networks of buildings and constructions electric lighting and power supply, including equipment of transformer substations, diesel power stations and switchgear rooms;
• installation of interior networks of buildings and constructions household and process gas supply, including industrial gases, compressed air and vacuum;
• installation of gaseous, dry chemical and foam fire suppression systems;
• installation of interior low-current communication networks, automation networks, building management systems, including security and access control systems;
• installation of radio and master clock systems, as well as local data communication networks.
