Upon completion of individual tests of installed machines, units, equipment, pipework mounting and integration into a single process line, this equipment is subject to testing within a newly build process system.
Equipment testing generally includes:
- checking instruments and automation means with adjustment of individual instrumentation elements as required;
- checking the grounding connection;
- checking waste disposal systems;
- functional check of installed equipment within the process chain, i.e. functionality of control and automation, emergency stop and start systems.
The following items are performed at the same time:
- sanitary and hygienic effect tests and ventilation systems setup (determination of hazardous gases and dust content in working rooms air, measurement of air temperature and humidity in workplaces, evaluation of air condition compliance with the sanitary regulations in force). These tests are performed under full process load of ventilated rooms;
- refrigerating units trial run.
